Claudia and Gaby arrived again at Tecuanipa, now for 3 days. For this trip it had been necessary to choose a plot of land for the families of Elpidio, Eva and Clara, which we would be relocating. During the previous month we had been coordinating by means of many calls the visits we would make to the owners of the lands that were for sale. Eloy helped us a lot, when we arrived we went to visit him. Upon arriving to the home we were greeted by Blanca and little Liz. Eloy accompanied us to the appointments.

First we arrive with Seferino, who is the uncle of Víctor Hugo, owner of the land where he lives with Angelica and his daughter Anahí. We measured the land and we saw the conditions of it calculating the number of houses we could build on it. In the same way we visited Javier Adorno's land, that of Andrés Hernández, followed by another one in front of Julia's house, but none of these suited the needs we were looking for.

We also met with the Justice of the Peace who took us to Fortunato's land; a sowing land that can be adapted to build the houses we need there. This was the land we chose; we agreed to meet the next day to talk through the details and close the deal.

We continued our days visit by stopping to see the progress of Julia and Areli’s homes. Their homes are already up and with a roof, soon they will start the plasters, windows, doors and other details.

Once again, we visited Eva and Clara, we did not find them for it was a sales day so we talked with their children. We bring to the Clara's family a pantry that we bought in a store in Tecuanipa to provide them with a bit more of our support.

The next day we met with Fortunato on his land, along with Don José, Isabel (the mayor of Tochimilco), and the engineers who built our previous houses to make the measurements and to check that the land was in good condition. After this, we closed the deal and the corresponding procedures for the purchase-sale were made.

Nuevamente llegaron Claudia y Gaby a Tecuanipa, ahora por 3 días. En este viaje era necesario tener elegido ya un terreno para poder reubicar a las familias de Elpidio, Eva y Clara, así que durante el mes anterior habíamos estado coordinando por medio de muchas llamadas las visitas que haríamos a los dueños de algunos terrenos que están a la venta. Para esto nos ayudó mucho Eloy así que en cuanto llegamos fuimos a visitarlo, saludamos a Blanca y la pequeña Liz, y Eloy nos acompañó hacía las citas.

Primero llegamos con Seferino, quien es el tío de Víctor Hugo, dueño del terreno donde vive con Angélica y su hija Anahí; medimos el terreno y vimos las condiciones del mismo calculando la cantidad de casas que podríamos construir en él. De la misma manera visitamos el terreno de Javier Adorno, el de Andrés Hernández, y otro más enfrente de casa de Julia, sin embargo ninguno se adecuaba a las necesidades que buscábamos.

Nos encontramos también con el juez de paz quien nos llevó hasta el terreno de Fortunato, es un terreno de siembra que se puede adaptar para construir las casas allí, así que fue el que elegimos para ello. Nos quedamos de ver al día siguiente para ver los detalles y cerrar el trato.

Mientras continuamos visitando a Julia y Areli para ver los avances de sus casa, ya están levantadas y con techo, pronto empezarán los repellos, ventanas puertas y detalles.

También visitamos nuevamente a Eva y Clara, no las encontramos a ellas pues era día de venta así que platicamos con sus hijos. A la familia de Clara le llevamos despensa que compramos en la misma tienda de Tecuanipa para apoyarlos un poco.

Al día siguiente nos vimos en el terreno de Fortunato con él, Don José, Isabel (el alcalde de Tochimilco) y los ingenieros que nos construyen las casas para hacer las medidas y que checaran que el terreno estaba en buenas condiciones, después de esto se cerró el trato y se hicieron los trámites correspondientes para la compra-venta.
